According to a now-viral post, a fan claims he set up surveillance equipment to monitor Rockstar's private parking lot in an attempt to predict when Trailer 3 will drop.

The man's methodology was surprisingly systematic. He created an Excel spreadsheet tracking five data points: the date each car entered the private parking lot, the time of arrival, how many cars arrived together, the estimated total value of those cars, and whether any particularly rare or expensive models were spotted.
The logic is simple but compelling: the more expensive the cars rolling into Rockstar HQ, the more likely the company's leadership is holding a major meeting. And with GTA 6 Trailer 3 believed to be imminent, executives gathering at odd hours would be a strong signal that something big is in the works.
According to the self-proclaimed parking-lot detective, most executives arrive after 5 PM. While regular developers come in during the morning, the value of cars entering the private parking spikes late in the evening — suggesting Rockstar might be holding critical after-hours meetings, possibly to finalize the go-ahead for Trailer 3.
The story has an appropriately mysterious ending. The fan's surveillance hardware was eventually discovered — and removed. "Upon returning to my rig to check the latest data, it was no longer there," he reported.
This could all be an elaborate troll, of course, but the fact that someone would go to such lengths — or even fabricate such a detailed story — speaks volumes about the cultural phenomenon GTA 6 has become months before release. As one Redditor put it: "There are 65 cars, 6+5=11. November is the 11th month. 11+65=76 and we are 167 days away from GTA today. 1+6+7=14, 1+4=5 the last GTA was 5 which means the next trailer should be in 5 days time." The copium is real.
